IT Support Specialist – BPO Operations

About the role

We are looking for a proactive IT Support Specialist to serve as the primary on‑site technical resource for our BPO facility. You will work closely with a global IT team, handling day‑to‑day hardware and network issues while ensuring smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for all IT‑related incidents within the facility.
• Provide hands‑on troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of network equipment and PC hardware.
• Maintain and support enterprise Cisco Meraki infrastructure, including VLAN configuration, port assignments, and performance monitoring.
• Perform routine network updates, security patches, and resolve Layer 2/3 connectivity problems.
• Manage structured cabling, patch panels, and network closet organization.
• Document issues and resolutions in the internal ticketing system.
• Support expansion projects, system upgrades, and new technology roll‑outs.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in networking concepts and PC hardware diagnostics.
• Ability to work independently as the sole on‑site IT resource.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication in both Spanish and English.
