IT Support Specialist – End‑User & Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our global team. You will be the first line of assistance for end‑users, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software and corporate applications while contributing to infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end users on desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents and service requests.
• Maintain and update computers, printers and other hardware assets.
• Participate in networking, infrastructure and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with local and global teams to implement technology solutions.
• Keep accurate IT documentation and records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in an IT support role.
• Advanced English proficiency for international communication.
• Strong communication, customer‑service and problem‑solving abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset.
