IT Support Specialist – Remote (Mexico/Colombia)

About the role

Traild, a fast‑growing SaaS company transforming finance operations with AI and automation, is looking for an IT Support Specialist based in Mexico or Colombia. You will ensure the reliability, security and performance of the company’s IT infrastructure while supporting a global team of employees.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support via the helpdesk, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Procure and deploy endpoints and software licenses for staff.
• Design, implement and maintain software systems used across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with SOC2, ISO27001 and local data‑protection regulations.
• Implement and monitor network security measures to protect against cyber threats.
• Develop and maintain backup and recovery procedures to guarantee data integrity.
• Install, update and manage software applications and licenses.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of IT systems, processes and procedures.
• Manage AI tooling, helping employees securely integrate AI into their workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT administration or a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong customer‑focused mindset.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience working with regional or global teams.
