IT Support Technician

About the role

Ria Money Transfer, part of Euronet Worldwide, is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to provide advanced technical assistance across the organization. You will ensure the reliability and security of corporate devices, networks, and software while supporting end‑users in a fast‑paced financial services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues beyond Level 1/2 support.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain laptops, desktops, peripherals, and end‑user applications.
• Manage hardware lifecycle, OS deployments, patching, and preventive maintenance.
• Respond to high‑priority incidents, minimizing downtime and coordinating with other IT teams.
• Assist with planning, implementing, and monitoring IT projects and system upgrades.
• Monitor system performance, conduct trend analysis, and apply performance tuning.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation, knowledge‑base articles, and troubleshooting guides.
• Implement security measures, perform regular assessments, and remediate vulnerabilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in advanced IT support within a corporate environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with end‑users and cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple high‑priority incidents.
