IT Systems Site Administrator

About the role

The IT Systems Site Administrator provides comprehensive technical support and infrastructure management for a corporate site. Working with minimal supervision, the role covers end‑user assistance, network and telephony upkeep, and project leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑level end‑user technical support (desktop, software, peripherals) and ensure security of computers and physical facilities.
• Administer and maintain networking, telephony, and data‑communication systems, including VPN remote access and voice messaging.
• Manage Active Directory permissions, group policies, Microsoft Exchange Server, and Windows operating systems.
• Deploy, configure, and support applications via System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and oversee backup/recovery solutions.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot physical and virtual servers, ensuring operating‑system patches and virus defenses are up to date.
• Lead projects, conduct end‑user training, coordinate with corporate teams, and handle hardware/software purchasing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and provide 24/7 support.
• Experience leading small projects and mentoring junior IT staff.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues.
