JavaScript Full-Stack Developer (ReactJS, Next.js)

About the role

EPAM is seeking a skilled JavaScript Full-Stack Developer to create rich, responsive web and hybrid‑mobile applications. You will work with modern JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js to deliver fast, SEO‑friendly, mobile‑first user interfaces that feel native on any device.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop high‑performance, responsive web applications using React and Next.js (SSR, SSG, API routes).
• Deliver pixel‑perfect, mobile‑first designs that adapt seamlessly across devices, focusing on layout, animation, and touch interactions.
• Manage complex client‑side state with Redux, Zustand, or Context API and integrate with RESTful or GraphQL back‑ends.
• Profile and fine‑tune applications for optimal loading speed, Core Web Vitals, and smooth rendering on low‑powered mobile devices.
• Write clean, maintainable, testable JavaScript/TypeScript code, conduct thorough code reviews, and contribute to a shared UI component library.

Required profile

• 2+ years of proven experience in modern web development, focusing on user‑facing features.
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React.
• Hands‑on experience with the Next.js framework (App Router or Pages Router, Server Components).
• Familiarity with modern CSS frameworks or methodologies such as Tailwind CSS, styled‑components, or CSS Modules.
• Proficiency in optimizing web apps for mobile browsers, PWAs, or hybrid mobile containers.
• Experience with Git and Agile/Scrum development cycles.
• Minimum English proficiency level B1+.
