Jr. Content Designer

About the role

PepsiCo is seeking a Junior Content Designer to create and adapt visual assets for print, digital and motion platforms. The role supports the marketing team by turning concepts into production‑ready graphics that align with brand standards and engage consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Support brainstorming sessions and contribute to concept development.
• Design and execute low‑complexity creative projects from concept to final delivery.
• Create visual presentations for internal marketing initiatives.
• Develop graphics, mockups, photo retouching, and other visual assets.
• Adapt key visuals and existing brand assets for digital advertising, point‑of‑sale materials, and other consumer touchpoints.
• Prepare print‑ready artwork and production files.
• Ensure all deliverables follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Incorporate feedback and continuously improve design skills.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Art, Visual Communication Design or a related field.
• At least 1 year of design experience in an agency or in‑house environment (recent graduates with relevant hands‑on experience are welcome).
• Advanced written and spoken English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Basic knowledge of print design and motion graphics.
• Ability to produce print‑ready files and adapt assets for various media.
