Jr Sales Operations Associate

About the role

Join Arrow’s Business Support team as a Jr Sales Operations Associate, helping drive operational excellence by managing the quote‑to‑order process and supporting sales teams across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quotes, review customer purchase orders for accuracy, and enter sales orders into Arrow’s ERP system.
• Act as the internal liaison between customers, sales teams, and departments such as Engineering, Purchasing, and Supplier Marketing.
• Identify and resolve order or pricing discrepancies before order entry.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries about quotes, order status, and technical specifications.
• Manage day‑to‑day quote activities and tactical sales operations in line with corporate processes.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or 1‑2 years of experience supporting sales teams.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• English proficiency with strong communication abilities.
