Junior Bilingual Graphic Designer

About the role

Join arrivia’s global marketing team as a Junior Bilingual Graphic Designer. You will translate business goals into compelling visual assets for a worldwide audience, working across digital, web, and print channels. The role requires fluency in English and Spanish and a strong eye for brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute design solutions for email, web merchandising, social media, direct mail, and Point‑of‑Sale materials.
• Adapt campaign hero images into multiple layouts, sizes, and formats while preserving brand integrity.
• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders and internal creative teams across time zones to interpret briefs and refine designs.
• Manage technical production tasks such as resizing, reformatting, and versioning assets with meticulous organization.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure assets are tech‑ready, brand‑compliant, and pixel‑perfect before delivery.
• Coordinate with external vendors to verify production specifications for both print and digital outputs.

Required profile

• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to participate in meetings and interpret creative briefs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional design experience, preferably in‑house or agency work.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating multi‑format campaigns and production‑heavy design work.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with Figma and motion design tools such as Adobe After Effects.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted design tools (Adobe Firefly, Gemini, ChatGPT) is a plus.
• Ability to work in a PC‑based workflow and manage multiple priorities.
