Junior Brand Analyst

About the role

As a Junior Brand Analyst at NielsenIQ, you will act as a trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive accurate and timely information about product coverage and methodology. You will help build confidence in the data we provide through clear communication and proactive problem‑solving.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain continuous communication with clients to apply changes and convey methodological updates.
• Conduct coverage analysis, interpret results, present findings to clients and follow up on action items.
• Manage client inquiries – filter, register, monitor, review and communicate resolutions.
• Oversee client order management for feasibility studies, handling registration and monitoring processes.
• Deliver training on NielsenIQ methodologies and variable calculations.
• Promote the adoption of technology tools that enhance data quality and client experience.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem solving and understanding the scope of NielsenIQ methodologies.
• Ability to prioritize issues and assess their impact.
• Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Actuarial Science or a related field.
• Relevant experience through internships or projects in market research, retail or consumer‑goods companies is desirable.
• Excellent communication, creativity, organization and a passion for customer relations.
