About the role

Klar is expanding its credit offering in Mexico and needs a Junior Business Architect to help shape product performance and operational efficiency. This full‑time, hybrid role will be based in Mexico City and will work closely with cross‑functional teams to drive data‑informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

Analyze product performance and identify opportunities to improve internal processes and operations.
Build reports, dashboards, and business analyses to support strategic decision‑making.
Automate repetitive operational processes using data and technology.
Understand customer behavior and identify opportunities to improve product economics.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align on objectives and deliver results.
Translate business needs into scalable operational solutions.
Contribute to documentation, process standardization, and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or analytical field (e.g., computational, mechatronics, mathematics).
