Junior Business Architect – Risk

About the role

Klar is looking for a Junior Business Architect focused on risk to join its fast‑growing financial team in Mexico City. You will gain hands‑on exposure to risk management in a company that is preparing to operate as a bank, working alongside diverse professionals across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Support recurring risk monitoring activities and translate data into clear analysis.
• Work on credit risk, liquidity, provisions, regulatory metrics, portfolio behavior, internal controls, and governance topics.
• Collaborate with different business areas to understand decision‑making, risk management, and key processes.
• Extract, organize, validate, and analyze information using SQL, Metabase, VSCode, Excel or Google Sheets.
• Leverage AI tools responsibly to aid analysis, documentation, and day‑to‑day productivity.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with strong analytical mindset.
• Interest in financial risk management and willingness to learn regulatory and credit concepts.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
• Comfort with hybrid work model (2‑3 days onsite per week).
