Junior Buyer – Procurement & Supply Chain

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Buyer to join Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division. The role supports the purchase‑to‑pay process, ensuring raw materials are procured on time and align with our supply‑chain policies.

Key responsibilities

• Review purchase requisitions, issue purchase orders and change notices, and monitor exception messages to meet production schedules.
• Maintain accurate purchase order dates, Material Master records, source lists and ensure MRP health.
• Reconcile supplier invoices promptly for payment and manage part consumption characteristics.
• Oversee internal and external Kanban replenishment, scheduling agreements and blanket orders.
• Provide root‑cause corrective actions for material shortages and lead continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance, Receiving and Suppliers to clear blocked invoices and avoid shipment holds.
• Work with quality teams and suppliers to resolve non‑compliant material issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement or supply‑chain roles.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
