Junior Consultant – Oracle Primavera Unifier (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Consultant to join Gaea Global Technologies’ construction and project‑management team. The role is fully remote and focuses on supporting Oracle Primavera Unifier applications for large enterprise portfolio and project‑management implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Gather functional and technical requirements from clients and propose solutions for construction and operations processes.
• Participate in software implementation, including configuration, testing, and training.
• Develop and maintain detailed functional specifications and impact analyses.
• Analyze project plans, dependencies, constraints and scope change requests.
• Provide ongoing project‑management and construction‑management advice to clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Information Technology.
• Internship or project experience in construction management is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within LATAM in the future.

Required skills

• Oracle Primavera Unifier (implementation and configuration).
• Oracle Primavera suite.
