Junior Customer Service Representative – Food Color Industry

About the role

ROHA is seeking a Junior Customer Service Representative to join its Mexico team. The role focuses on supporting small and medium‑sized customers in the food color and ingredient sector, ensuring smooth order processing and timely resolution of inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for assigned local customer accounts, handling day‑to‑day operational needs.
• Receive, enter, and process customer purchase orders according to established procedures.
• Manage customer sample requests and coordinate the delivery of certificates, specifications, and other documentation.
• Log and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure proper filing of all related documents.
• Keep the Sales Representative informed about order status and any relevant issues.
• Support the Accounts Receivable team with documentation follow‑up and collection‑related requests.
• Assist the Customer Service team with administrative and operational tasks as required.

Required profile

• Experience in the food color or ingredient industry.
• Based in Queretaro, Mexico.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
