Junior Data Scientist – Digital Analytics

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, business‑oriented Junior Data Scientist to join our digital analytics team. You will bridge advanced data engineering with digital strategy, turning large data sets into actionable insights that improve the user journey and drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute complex SQL and Python queries to extract, clean, and structure large databases.
• Monitor and optimize the digital conversion funnel, identifying drivers of acquisition, retention, and churn.
• Use Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to gather behavioral data and translate it into business logic.
• Create high‑impact dashboards in Excel and BI tools for executive review.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to uncover revenue‑driving opportunities and resolve operational bottlenecks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical intuition and stakeholder‑management skills.
