Junior Finance Controller

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Finance Controller to join our finance team and support the financial reporting and analysis of our fast‑growing D2C sleep brand. You will work closely with management, accounting and e‑commerce teams to ensure accurate financial statements and provide insights for decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements in IFRS.
• Deliver actionable analysis on sales, margins, operations, inventories, liquidity and R&D projects for management.
• Act as the interface between accounting data and the e‑commerce platform data.
• Support the preparation of investor reporting and the yearly budget planning process.
• Analyse variances, monitor accounting and data‑improvement projects and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.
• At least 3 years of experience as a financial controller, auditor or accountant.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and controlling principles.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to build credibility across all levels.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (a plus).
• Familiarity with IFRS reporting standards.
