Junior Financial Controller – Commercial Area

About the role

As a Junior Financial Controller in the Commercial Area at Bosch, you will support the financial health of the business by preparing and analysing financial statements, assisting with budgeting and forecasts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will work closely with the Controller Manager, finance teams and cross‑functional partners to provide accurate data for strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in line with IFRS.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities, including journal entry reviews, account reconciliations and variance analysis using SAP and Hyperion.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to monitor business performance.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts and rolling projections, and analyse variances.
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and external audit requirements.
• Perform cost and margin analysis to identify inefficiencies and support profitability improvement.
• Collaborate with sales, product management, logistics and other departments to streamline financial processes.
• Drive automation initiatives for reporting, data collection and reconciliation.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Basic understanding of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Motivation to develop technical and process‑improvement skills.
