Junior Key Account Manager – Health

About the role

Are you passionate about managing key accounts and driving business growth? This position focuses on health‑related accounts, where you will build strong client relationships, develop commercial strategies, and ensure sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will work from P&G’s Interlomas office in Mexico City.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on key health accounts.
• Develop commercial strategies to drive business growth.
• Identify sales and expansion opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms.
• Monitor commercial indicators and achieve set objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in account management.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Strong analytical mindset and results orientation.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Sales analysis and KPI tracking.
• CRM management (Salesforce, SAP).
• Intermediate to advanced Excel.
• Budget and profitability management.
• Knowledge of the pharma market (nice to have).
• Experience with Power BI (nice to have).
