Junior Manager Commercial Finance

About the role

Join Mondelēz International in Mexico as a Junior Manager Commercial Finance. You will support senior finance leaders by ensuring data integrity, preparing business proposals, and delivering timely financial reporting for a specific country, category, or supply‑chain area.

Key responsibilities

• Manage finance planning and performance‑management processes, including strategic and annual forecasting.
• Collect, verify, and structure financial data to support business decisions.
• Maintain strong controls and compliance with corporate policies.
• Provide financial analysis, modeling, and decision‑support to senior managers.
• Lead improvement projects that enhance efficiency and promote continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with third‑party providers and, when required, supervise direct reports.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or related roles.
• Strong technical expertise in financial planning, performance management, and KPI reporting.
• Solid business acumen in the consumer packaged goods or snacking market.
• Leadership and business‑partnering skills with effective communication.
• Growth‑oriented mindset and ability to leverage digital tools for efficiency.
• High integrity and sound judgment aligned with company values and regulations.
