Junior Marketing & Campaign Coordinator

About the role

This entry‑level position supports the Director of Marketing in planning, executing, and optimizing email and SMS campaigns for a fast‑growing youth sports operator. You will gain hands‑on experience with lifecycle marketing platforms while contributing to customer acquisition and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in building, scheduling, QA‑checking, and launching email and SMS campaigns using Twilio and SendGrid.
• Help set up and QA automated lifecycle flows such as onboarding, re‑engagement, and retention triggers.
• Support audience list management, segmentation, suppression files, and workflow documentation.
• Prepare and format email templates in collaboration with the design team.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, internal deliverables, and marketing calendars.
• Maintain organized libraries of marketing assets, templates, and documentation.
• Support A/B test setup, track results, and compile performance reports (open rates, click‑through rates, conversions, etc.).
• Identify trends in campaign data and flag optimization opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with regulations such as CASL, CAN‑SPAM, and GDPR.
• Assist with list hygiene tasks, including managing bounces, opt‑outs, and suppression lists.

Required profile
