Junior Presentation Designer - Afternoon Shift

About the role

Oliver Wyman, a business of Marsh, is hiring a Junior Presentation Designer in Mexico City to support its consultants by creating high-quality, client-ready presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint. You will join the Presentation Team within the Creative Studio, applying presentation design best practices, brand standards and attention to detail to turn business content into clear, visually engaging deliverables. The position is on the afternoon shift, from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

The role is hybrid and requires an office presence of two days per week; fully remote work is not possible.

Key responsibilities

• Learn Oliver Wyman's brand guidelines, visual identity and presentation standards, and produce materials that match approved templates and brand requirements.
• Follow established presentation production processes and review your own work carefully before delivery.
• Communicate clearly with consultants and teammates, ask questions to clarify requirements and build reliable, responsive working relationships.
• Use problem-solving skills to handle straightforward formatting and design challenges with guidance from senior team members.
• Explore AI and productivity tools that support presentation design and workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint and the Microsoft Office suite, with the willingness to develop advanced presentation production skills.
• Understanding of layout, typography, colour, visual hierarchy and information presentation.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and consistency, following templates, brand guidelines and processes while meeting deadlines.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
