Junior Project Manager

About the role

As a Junior Project Manager you will support the planning, tracking and execution of transformation and continuous‑improvement initiatives. You will work closely with Operations, Tech, Data and cross‑functional teams to align stakeholders and ensure projects are delivered on time and meet their objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Track assigned projects end‑to‑end, maintaining project plans, milestones, commitments and status updates.
• Lead follow‑up meetings, align cross‑functional teams, document agreements and ensure clear communication across departments.
• Identify risks, blockers and dependencies early, escalating them when necessary to keep projects moving.
• Maintain project tools, build executive status reports and uphold portfolio documentation standards.
• Gather requirements, support testing and post‑implementation follow‑ups, and contribute to process automation and KPI tracking.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in Project Management, Operations, Tech or continuous improvement (including internships or university projects).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Economics/Finance, Tech or related fields.
• Core understanding of Project Management, Agile/Scrum and Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Intermediate to advanced English with strong communication and documentation skills.
• High ownership, proactive drive and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
