Junior Recruiter – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is looking for a motivated Young Professional to join its talent acquisition team as a Remote Recruiter. This entry‑level role offers the chance to support end‑to‑end hiring processes for a global tech company while working from anywhere.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: post jobs, source candidates, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews.
• Build diverse talent pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards and other sourcing platforms.
• Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate fit and interest.
• Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring teams to refine search strategies and understand role requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
