Junior Support Representative – Remote

About the role

Draiver is seeking a proactive Junior Support Representative to join its Operations team. You will be the first point of contact for drivers and customers, delivering fast, professional assistance through phone, chat, and email while helping to improve our logistics platform.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality support to drivers and customers via multiple channels.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Document and categorize tickets accurately in the ticketing system.
• Monitor KPIs in Excel or Google Sheets to spot trends and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations and cross‑functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain and expand internal knowledge base and SOPs.
• Identify recurring problems and propose scalable solutions.
• Support automation projects and AI‑driven productivity tools.

Required profile

• 1+ year of experience in customer support, service, or operations, preferably in a tech environment.
• Advanced written and spoken English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with KPIs.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends or holidays as needed.

Required skills

• Experience with ticketing platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom or Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with AI tools like Claude or Gemini for workflow automation.
