Junior Technology Project Manager (PMP)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Technology Project Manager to join our Program, Project & Service Management team, supporting LATAM financial services projects. The role offers the chance to manage end‑to‑end delivery, work independently and become a subject‑matter expert in technology project management.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, timeline and budget and monitor delivery against the project triangle.
• Track progress, report status and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
• Facilitate communication with multiple stakeholders, manage expectations and resolve issues.
• Participate actively in team discussions and provide practical solutions to challenges.
• Support agile ceremonies such as daily stand‑ups, sprint planning and retrospectives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in technology project management or coordination.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of PMI/PMBOK concepts and Agile Scrum frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience managing scope, schedule and cost.
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and delivery orientation.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting.
• PowerPoint for status presentations.
• Collaboration tools: MS Teams, Outlook.
• Basic familiarity with Jira and ServiceNow.
