Key Account Executive - Multi Channel

About the role

The Key Account Executive – Multi Channel will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability across a portfolio of strategic accounts for Suntory Global Spirits. You will develop and execute business plans, manage relationships and ensure flawless commercial execution across retail, wholesale, traditional trade and emerging channels.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver sales, profitability, volume and market‑share targets for assigned accounts.
• Develop and implement annual customer business plans aligned with corporate priorities.
• Monitor performance metrics such as pricing, inventory, margins and KPIs to identify opportunities and risks.
• Manage customer P&L, forecast demand and support supply‑chain planning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, leading regular business reviews and action‑plan development.
• Execute commercial, promotional and trade‑marketing initiatives, ensuring brand standards and optimal shelf visibility.
• Identify and develop new routes‑to‑market, emerging customers and strategic accounts across multiple channels.
• Oversee financial processes including collections, credit notes and account reconciliation.

Required profile

• Proven track record of achieving sales, profitability and market‑share objectives.
• Experience creating and executing annual customer business plans.
• Strong analytical ability to monitor KPIs, pricing and inventory data.
• Demonstrated skill in managing customer P&L and forecasting demand.
• Excellent relationship‑building capabilities with key account stakeholders.
• Ability to lead business reviews and develop actionable improvement plans.
• Knowledge of multi‑channel commercial execution, including retail, wholesale and traditional trade.
