Key Account Junior – Modern Trade

About the role

Join SKINTIFIC Mexico as a Key Account Junior focused on modern trade channels. You will work closely with supermarkets, price clubs, and health‑and‑beauty stores to develop and execute growth strategies that benefit both the customer and SKINTIFIC.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships across all levels within assigned modern trade accounts.
• Execute the commercial strategy, supporting the Joint Customer Business Plan (JCBP).
• Drive sell‑in and sell‑out performance while ensuring in‑store excellence.
• Monitor supply KPIs, forecast movements, and track promotional activities.
• Analyze market data, identify point‑of‑sale opportunities, and report KPIs such as share of shelf and market share.
• Track competitor activity and provide market intelligence to management.
• Prepare weekly sales analysis, monthly market opportunity reports, and in‑store execution evaluations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Modern Trade, Key Account, or Sales roles within FMCG, preferably personal care or beauty.
• Proven track record of growing revenue and market share.
• Strong results orientation, problem‑solving abilities, and negotiation skills.
• Existing relationships with modern trade accounts in Mexico.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
