L2.5 Production Support Analyst – Mexico City

About the role

Infosys is looking for a L2.5 Production Support Analyst to join its Mexico City team. The role focuses on maintaining and supporting critical applications for global financial services clients, ensuring high availability and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd level support for mission‑critical applications, handling incidents and service requests.
• Perform incident management, including stakeholder communication, bridge coordination and post‑mortem analysis.
• Manage user tickets, review backlogs and ensure timely resolution.
• Analyze application issues, debug code, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain batch schedules using Autosys and monitor job health.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve processes and performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 + years of experience in application support on Unix/Linux environments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Hands‑on experience with SQL/PL‑SQL, performance tuning and query debugging.
• Proficiency in Unix shell scripting and advanced command‑line utilities.
• Working knowledge of Java or Python programming.
