LATAM Marketing Director

About the role

Vans is seeking a LATAM Marketing Director to shape and execute the brand’s regional marketing agenda across Latin America. This senior leadership position will translate Vans’ global vision into locally relevant, culturally authentic campaigns that resonate with consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the regional marketing strategy aligned with global brand objectives.
• Oversee brand, product and consumer campaigns across multiple LATAM markets.
• Partner with regional and global Marketing, Product, Sales and Finance teams.
• Adapt global initiatives for local relevance while maintaining brand consistency.
• Plan, manage and optimise the regional marketing budget for impact and ROI.
• Lead, develop and mentor local and regional marketing teams.
• Analyse consumer, market and competitive insights to inform decisions.
• Present results and strategic plans to senior stakeholders regionally and globally.

Required profile

• 10‑12+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 5 years in senior managerial roles.
• Advanced English proficiency for constant global interaction.
• Background in fashion, footwear, sports, lifestyle, retail or comparable consumer‑goods industries.
• Proven track record leading marketing strategies at LATAM or multi‑country level.
• Strong business orientation, strategic thinking and execution focus.
• Experience managing senior, diverse and multicultural teams.
• Willingness to travel throughout Latin America.
