LATAM Marketing Specialist

About the role

AMBOSS is seeking a LATAM Marketing Specialist to lead the creation and execution of localized, culturally relevant marketing strategies across Spanish‑speaking markets in Latin America. You will collaborate with global teams while adapting campaigns to regional nuances, language differences, and market‑specific behaviors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of LATAM exam systems, education structures, and the needs of students and physicians.
• Adapt global messaging to local cultural and linguistic contexts.
• Plan and execute multichannel campaigns across CRM, Paid Social, SEM, SEO, and organic social, leveraging region‑specific channels such as Meta and WhatsApp.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to improve acquisition, activation, and retention funnels.
• Own end‑to‑end project management and ensure alignment with global teams, building scalable best practices for the region.

Required profile

• 3+ years of digital marketing experience in SaaS or B2C within Latin America.
• Strong analytical mindset, able to work with limited data and drive impactful initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Proactive, reliable, and comfortable balancing strategic and operational tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
