Laundry Supervisor

About the role

The Laundry Supervisor leads the Laundry Department at One&Only Palmilla, ensuring that all linens, uniforms, guest laundry and food‑and‑beverage textiles meet the resort’s high standards of quality, efficiency and sustainability. This position plays a key part in delivering the luxury experience expected by guests while supporting the property’s environmental commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily laundry operations, maintaining efficient workflow and strict quality control.
• Monitor departmental logbooks, follow up on pending items and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain high standards of personal grooming, hygiene and professionalism for all team members.
• Verify proper operation of laundry equipment and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Control chemical inventory and oversee automatic dosing systems to guarantee wash quality and cost efficiency.
• Promote sustainable practices in line with EarthCheck certification requirements.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to support overall guest service excellence.
