About the role
The Learning & Development (L&D) Training Support role is designed as a hybrid position, with an expectation to work on‑site at an HPE office two days per week. You will support the delivery of training programs by handling operational tasks, data management, and logistical coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Perform data management, reporting, and financial tracking for training initiatives.
- Research and analyse training information, compile data, and generate required reports.
- Coordinate logistics with vendors, trainers, designers/developers, and participants, including facility arrangements and material distribution.
- Assist in resolving employee/HR support issues and escalations related to training.
- Contribute to process improvements and the implementation of new training programs or systems.
Required profile
- First‑level university degree or equivalent experience.
- 0‑2 years of experience in training, learning & development, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of training processes and programs.
- Strong collaboration, communication, administrative, problem‑solving and customer‑service abilities.
