Lead Financial Planning – Latin America

About the role

The Lead Financial Planning role for Latin America is based in Mexico City and reports directly to the CFO, LatAm. You will partner with the regional finance team and cross‑functional partners to drive financial insight and strategic decision‑making for Nike Digital and related business initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage financial forecasts, annual budgeting, and periodic deliverables for the LatAm territory.
• Develop long‑term growth plans and ad‑hoc strategic projects, ensuring robust risk and opportunity assessments.
• Collaborate with Nike Digital, merchandising, supply chain, marketing, and controlling teams to align financial plans with business objectives.
• Provide critical financial insights, interpreting results, trends, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.
• Partner with the PHK Finance team in Beaverton, OR, to ensure integration across plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in finance, financial analysis, strategic planning, accounting, or budgeting, preferably in fast‑paced retail or consumer‑product environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large data sets and navigate ambiguity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
