Lead Mobile App Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Mobile App Developer to head the design and delivery of high‑quality Android and iOS applications for a global customer base. Based in Mexico and working fully remote, you will combine hands‑on coding with technical leadership to drive innovation across our mobile product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end development of native mobile apps on Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift).
• Define and enforce architectural standards, coding guidelines and best practices.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Integrate external APIs, data sources and third‑party services.
• Write and maintain comprehensive unit tests and monitor live app performance.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers and cross‑functional teams to deliver intuitive user experiences.
• Stay current with emerging mobile technologies and promote continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional mobile application development experience.
• Proven track record of leading mobile projects and mentoring teams.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
