About the role
We are seeking a mid‑level Legal Compliance Officer to join our team in Mexico City. The position focuses on ensuring compliance with CNBV and Condusef regulations within the SOFOM sector. Business‑level fluency in English is required.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct legal research related to CNBV and Condusef requirements.
- Draft and review legal documents and contracts.
- Maintain liaison with regulatory authorities.
- Monitor and report on compliance matters for the fintech/SOFOM business.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Professional certification accredited by CNBV or Condusef.
- 3–5 years of experience in compliance within the SOFOM or fintech industry.
- Fluent English for business communication.
