Legal Intern – Ford Champ Program

About the role

The Ford Champ program offers a 12‑ to 24‑month rotation across different business areas, giving law students hands‑on experience while developing professional skills. As a Legal Ford Champ, you will support the legal department in governance, contract management, and compliance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and maintain legal reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor pending matters and departmental KPIs.
• Assist internal control processes, including supplier due diligence and verification of legal documentation.
• Draft, review, and edit service agreements, NDAs, and contract amendments.
• Conduct research on local laws, regulations, and judicial precedents to aid decision‑making.
• Support corporate record‑keeping, powers of attorney, and digitalization of the legal archive.
• Coordinate signatures, notarizations, and follow‑up with external law firms or government authorities.

Required profile

• Active law student in the last two semesters of study.
• Proficiency in English (approximately 90% oral, reading, writing, and listening).
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Basic knowledge of civil, commercial, labor, or corporate law.
• Proactive attitude with high integrity when handling confidential information.
