Legal Specialist

About the role

The Legal Specialist will support the Legal Director in daily legal and compliance activities, ensuring contracts, claims and other legal matters are managed efficiently. This position involves legal research, document preparation, and maintaining the company’s legal records and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day legal support to the Legal Director on assigned matters.
• Review, draft and update commercial agreements, claims, incident reports and other legal documents.
• Maintain the legal repository, contract lifecycle records, trackers and version‑control filing systems.
• Assist with corporate compliance initiatives, including policy rollout, training and internal assessments.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external counsel and third‑party advisors.
• Identify opportunities to improve legal and compliance processes, templates and reporting.
• Perform ad‑hoc projects and special tasks as directed by the Legal Director.

Required profile

• Law degree.
• 3+ years of experience in an in‑house legal department or law firm, focusing on corporate law and commercial contracts.
• Experience with contract drafting, review and administration.
• Familiarity with corporate compliance and legal operations.
• Experience in a multinational environment is preferred.
• Advanced written and verbal English proficiency.
