Line Site Coordination & Project Management

About the role

Ingenics is seeking a Line Site Coordinator to lead the integration and operational readiness of a defined production area within an automotive manufacturing project. You will act as the central hub for all technical, logistical, quality, and infrastructure activities, ensuring they align with project objectives, safety standards, and budget constraints.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all project activities within the assigned production section.
• Serve as the primary interface between manufacturing, planning, logistics, quality, maintenance, construction teams, suppliers, and project management.
• Ensure alignment of equipment, infrastructure, utilities, logistics concepts, and production processes.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, risks, open issues and drive corrective actions.
• Oversee installation, modification, commissioning, ramp‑up and production readiness activities.
• Facilitate technical reviews, status meetings and cross‑functional workshops.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation measures and track their implementation.
• Support acceptance activities, production trials and operational handover.
• Prepare and present regular status reports and maintain project documentation.

Required profile

• Strong experience in the automotive industry.
