Logistics Analyst

About the role

The Logistics Analyst will ensure full customs compliance across all relevant worldwide legislations for Airbus Helicopters Mexico. You will prepare and supervise customs declarations, work closely with internal teams and external customs authorities, and help optimise the group’s customs duty savings.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with global customs regulations and prepare accurate customs filings.
• Secure customs procedures, manage the customs network and develop optimisation schemes.
• Identify and mitigate customs‑related risks, defending the company’s position with customs administrations.
• Provide advisory support to commercial, procurement, transport and supply‑chain functions on customs implications.
• Monitor changes in legislation and implement corrective actions to ensure ongoing compliance.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of international customs legislation and procedures.
• Experience in preparing and supervising customs declarations.
• Ability to analyse customs data and propose cost‑saving initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with internal stakeholders and external authorities.
• Commitment to integrity and ethical conduct.
