Logistics Analyst – Traffic Operations

About the role

Flex is seeking a Logistics Analyst (Traffic Analyst) to support import and export activities at its Juarez North Auto facility. You will work closely with the Import/Export Supervisor to ensure shipments move efficiently across the US‑Mexico border while maintaining high service levels.

Key responsibilities

• Track, trace and monitor product shipments using carrier systems and GPS tools.
• Coordinate logistics operations, including scheduling, consolidating loads and optimizing vehicle usage.
• Prepare and analyze reports on import/export performance and logistics KPIs.
• Develop or update standard operating procedures for logistics processes.
• Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers and other service providers.
• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Experience in automotive logistics is preferred.
• Knowledge of Mexican and US customs regulations.
• Experience managing carriers and basic warehouse cycle operations.
• Ability to work the afternoon shift.
