Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support our logistics operations, analyse historical data, manage inventories and drive continuous improvement through lean manufacturing tools. The role will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth flow of materials and accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Support logistics operation processes and conduct historical data analysis.
• Monitor and follow‑up inventory levels, including consumables such as plastic wrap.
• Control and administer consumable budgets.
• Implement and assist with lean manufacturing tools (LCI) and continuous improvement projects.
• Create and track purchase orders.
• Prepare and manage documentation for departmental meetings and performance huddles (daily, weekly, monthly).

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving abilities and structured, self‑directed work style.
• High dedication, commitment and a thirst for knowledge and development.
• Experience in team and personnel management, with leadership capabilities.
• Ability to make decisions and share knowledge to encourage others.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Background in industrial engineering and industrial drawings.
• Practical experience with Lean, Six Sigma and other quality tools.
