Logistics Coordinator – Network Management Center

About the role

Expeditors is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join its Network Management Center (NMC) team. The role supports major customers across aviation, automotive, pharmaceutical, retail and technology sectors, ensuring high‑visibility, on‑time delivery of critical shipments.

Key responsibilities

• Track and trace customer shipments, including temperature‑controlled and aircraft‑on‑ground shipments.
• Manage bookings and provide proactive communication with Expeditors districts and service providers.
• Oversee critical shipments and resolve issues to maintain service excellence.
• Develop subject‑matter expertise for assigned customers and act as their primary logistics point of contact.

Required profile

• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• At least one year of logistics‑related experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (for Mexico applicants).
• Relevant qualifications in supply chain management or logistics.
• Professional certifications such as IATA, FIATA or MITX are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with SharePoint.
• Data‑visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau.
• SQL scripting.
• Python programming.
