Logistics Operations Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Operations Analyst to monitor and coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely delivery and efficient logistics execution across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on domestic and international shipments with 3PL providers to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Track shipment status and generate reports and dashboards that analyse transportation performance and lead times.
• Maintain logistics systems with accurate operational data and cross‑functional requirements.
• Prioritise pending units and coordinate shipment priorities to support timely distribution.
• Develop weekly and monthly logistics reports, highlighting trends and key performance indicators.
• Measure supplier performance through KPIs and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Sales, Warehouse and Operations teams to ensure seamless logistics execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of stable experience in logistics operations, transportation or supply‑chain activities similar to those described.
• Solid knowledge of logistics processes, transportation operations and 3PL management.
• Experience in the automotive industry is highly desirable.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
