Logistics Operator – Ciudad Obregón

About the role

The Shipping and Receiving Clerk II ensures that inbound and outbound shipments are processed accurately and efficiently within a warehouse environment. Working under regular guidance, you will handle documentation, operate equipment, and support continuous improvement of facility operations.

Key responsibilities

• Review and complete shipping and receiving documentation.
• Enter shipment information into computerized systems and resolve discrepancies.
• Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Stabilize trucks with chocks, load and unload vehicles as needed.
• Operate mobile powered equipment safely.
• Collaborate with peers and management to improve warehouse processes.
• Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Ability to work under regular guidance and follow established procedures.
• Understanding of basic warehouse processes and safety standards.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks such as loading, unloading, and stabilizing trucks.

Required skills

• Operation of mobile powered equipment.
• Use of computerized systems for shipping and receiving documentation.
• Basic knowledge of truck stabilization using chocks.
