Logistics Planner

About the role

The Logistics Planner will ensure a continuous flow of raw materials and components to support Bosch's production lines in Querétaro. Working closely with suppliers, purchasing, and internal logistics teams, you will translate demand signals into precise procurement plans while maintaining optimal inventory levels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage material requirements based on customer demand, production schedules, and system parameters.
• Guarantee timely availability of raw materials and components to avoid production interruptions.
• Monitor supplier deliveries, identify potential shortages, and proactively address supply risks.
• Maintain regular communication with suppliers to confirm delivery schedules and resolve issues.
• Update and validate planning parameters in SAP (lead times, safety stock, lot sizes, reorder points).
• Support inventory management by tracking excess, slow‑moving, or obsolete items and collaborating with Inventory Control.
• Track supply risks related to demand fluctuations, supplier constraints, or logistics disruptions and develop mitigation scenarios.
• Monitor procurement KPIs such as material availability, supplier performance, and inventory levels, and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.
