Logistics Process Operator

About the role

Join Siemens Energy’s Logistics Services team at the Competence Center in Querétaro. As a Logistics Process Operator you will manage global transport orders, coordinate with international logistics partners, and ensure timely, accurate deliveries while working with a supportive team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare complete transport and customs documentation, including dangerous‑goods requirements when needed.
• Order and coordinate transports across all modes (air, sea, ground) based on dates, preferred carriers, and contracts.
• Arrange goods pickup with suppliers and monitor delivery timelines.
• Provide regular updates on transport status to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with logistics service providers, carriers, suppliers, and project teams to resolve discrepancies, delays, or damages.
• Support process optimisation and perform order‑to‑invoice verification for logistics services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2‑4 years of experience in transportation management covering all modes and transport ordering.
• Experience ensuring accurate, on‑time, and cost‑effective delivery services.
• Basic knowledge of export processes and documentation.
• Strong analytical, customer‑oriented, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
