Logistics Representative – Monterrey

About the role

The Logistics Representative will connect customers with transportation solutions, ensuring freight moves efficiently while delivering exceptional service across the supply chain. This hybrid position combines one day of on‑site collaboration with four days of remote work, allowing you to balance teamwork and autonomy.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor customer load boards and manage information flow in the Transportation Management System.
• Maintain team mailboxes and handle exception management according to predefined processes.
• Document and organize standard operating procedures and learn multiple job functions within the team.
• Facilitate customer calls, provide proactive updates, and meet operational metrics.
• Conduct CHR system trainings for external customer representatives.
• Reconcile daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
• Make fact‑based suggestions to help customers achieve goals using CHR’s value proposition.
• Support peers, identify process improvements, and contribute to cost‑saving initiatives.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED (minimum).
• At least 2 years of experience in supply chain, transportation, or logistics.
• Minimum 1 year of experience troubleshooting information systems.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including occasional overtime.
• Willingness to travel up to 5 % domestically or internationally.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
