Logistics & Supply Chain Management Expert (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics & Supply Chain Management Expert to work remotely on a contract basis. You will apply your expertise to review critical logistics documents, improve workflow efficiency, and support our project teams with clear, actionable guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and validate packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers for authenticity, accuracy, and compliance.
• Develop annotated sample documentation that showcases industry best practices.
• Assess current supply chain workflows and recommend process improvements based on real‑world experience.
• Provide detailed feedback on logistics scenarios, focusing on document structure and optimization.
• Collaborate with project teams to clarify requirements and explain complex logistics concepts.
• Participate in quality‑assurance activities by validating supply chain data sets.
• Contribute to the creation of training materials that reflect industry standards and nuanced challenges.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with logistics and supply chain documentation.
• Strong understanding of global logistics workflows and documentation standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Meticulous attention to detail and proven analytical abilities.
• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment and deliver high‑quality results on time.
