Logistics Tracking Coordinator – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

The Logistics Tracking Coordinator ensures that every air cargo shipment moves smoothly between carriers, airlines, and customers. Working remotely from Latin America, you will monitor high‑volume shipments, keep records up to date, and provide timely updates to all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with local carriers and airlines to confirm paperwork, schedule pickups and deliveries, and resolve any issues.
• Monitor active shipments in the company’s Transportation Management System (TMS), maintain accurate status updates, and collect proof‑of‑delivery documents.
• Communicate shipment status and exceptions to customers, manage a high volume of follow‑up emails, and escalate delays with full context.

Required profile

• Fluent, professional English (written and spoken) for constant email communication.
• Strong follow‑up discipline and a sense of urgency; able to chase items until resolved.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and reliable with consistent availability during U.S. Eastern business hours.
• Comfortable handling a large volume of email and juggling multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Quiet remote work environment with reliable internet and a computer.

Required skills

• Experience using a Transportation Management System (TMS).
